An international provider of personal computing, software and IT infrastructure solutions is seeking a degree qualified HR Specialist to join their Sydney team. You will hold 4-6yrs experience and will be responsible in providing a full range of HR Support and program implementation activities across multiple businesses, functions and geographies. You will also be required to act as a consultant and partner in driving and implementing organisational design, change management, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement as well as ER strategies and policies.
Responsibilities include:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and
recommends appropriate alternatives.
